Press Fit 2 Ports Ganged Female SFP Cage With Heat Sink Light Pipes
GLGNET develop and produce SFP cages to be fully compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) specification. Used in either copper or optical applications, the cage construction is a one-piece, stamped and formed metal to offer the best performance for EMI shielding. Our single-port cage is designed with various pin and plating options to address press-fit and solder applications. The GLGNET cage can be used for many protocols, including Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet and Infiniband.

5. Why Choose GLGNET?
GLGNET is offering its cage for Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceivers with the most rigid mechanical design available on the market. The cage is designed for press fit applications in order to reduce high volume manufacturing effort. Externally bent bezel contact springs and one-piece construction enhance EMI performance. As part of GLGNET's Total Transceiver Solution, the SFP Cage is your logical choice for next generation pluggable transceivers.
GLGNET® offers custom solutions with the support of our knowledgeable staff and expeditious service.
GLGNET® offers a variety of cages including multi-port options, lightpipes, plating and shielding.
Our thermally enhanced solutions offer better front-to-back and back-to-front airflow through the cages, providing better heat dissipation for industry leading thermal performance.
To enhance signal quality, the SFP portfolio focuses on the latch-plate area to reduce EMI and avoid degradation of circuit performance and ensure compliance to standards. Products are offered in both an EMI spring and EMI elastomeric gasket versions to meet customer system requirements.
